1. Reservations & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your rental date.

Full payment is due before or at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods communicated at the time of booking.

Prices are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.

3. Delivery, Setup & Access

Customer must provide clear, safe access to the setup area.

Customer is responsible for ensuring the setup surface is free of sharp objects, debris, or hazards.

Additional fees may apply for stairs, long distances, or difficult access.

Someone 18 years or older must be present at delivery and pickup.
4. Use of Equipment
Customer agrees to:

Supervise all participants at all times.

Follow all safety instructions provided by T&O Bounce Co LLC.

Allow only appropriate number, size, and age of participants.
-
Remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and sharp objects before use.
-
No food, drinks, gum, candy, silly string, confetti, or pets on or inside equipment.
-
Never move, unplug, or modify the equipment.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:

Flips, wrestling, rough play, or climbing on walls

Adults in children-only inflatables
-
Smoking, alcohol, or drugs in or around equipment

Use during unsafe weather conditions
6. Responsibility for Damage

Customer is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss occurring during the rental period.

Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the customer if damage occurs due to misuse or negligence.

Normal wear and tear is excluded.
7. Injury Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

Use of inflatable equipment involves inherent risks.
-
Customer assumes all risks associated with use of rented equipment.
-
T&O Bounce Co LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from use of equipment.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless T&O Bounce Co LLC from any claims or liabilities.
8. Power Requirements

Customer must provide a working electrical outlet within [insert distance, e.g., 50 feet] of setup area.

Customer is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted power during the rental period.
9. Equipment Condition

All equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected prior to delivery.

Customer must notify us immediately if any issue arises during use.
10. Termination of Rental
We reserve the right to terminate the rental immediately (without refund) if:

Equipment is being misused

Safety rules are ignored

Weather becomes unsafe

Terms are violated
11. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, T&O Bounce Co LLC’s liability is limited to the rental amount paid.
12. Governing Law
